Essex Region Conservation Authority to meet

Essex Region –The Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) will hold its Board of Directors’ meeting on Thursday, February 21 at 6:00 pm at the Essex Civic and Education Centre, 360 Fairview Avenue West, Essex.

Agenda items include:

  • Forecasted High Lake Levels and Regional Shoreline Impacts
  • ERCA Committee and Advisory Board Membership
  • ERCA 2019 Budget

Prior to addressing these agenda items, the Board of Directors will sit as the Hearing Board, consistent with ERCA’s new Administrative Procedures By-Law and the amendments to the Conservation Authorities Act, Hearings.  The Hearing Board will hear presentations from staff and applicant(s).
