For those purchasing NEW passes, a fob and package will be processed within 1-2 business days and mailed to you by Canada Post.  For those renewing a seasonal pass (and already have a fob), your fob will be activated within 1-2 business days and a package mailed to you.  Our staff are continuing to work remotely and process seasonal passes.

What’s next?

Within 10 business days, our staff will undertake a preliminary assessment of your submission to ensure all necessary information is included.  We will contact you to make payment arrangements at that time. Once payment has been received, and barring any unforeseen complications, permits can generally be issued within 21 days.
