Education Programs & Field Trips

Essex Region Conservation believes that the students of today are the environmental stewards of tomorrow. We offer hands-on Outdoor Education programs at several conservation areas in the form of field trips. All of our Education Programs are tailored to fit each grade level (K-12) and meet the Ontario Curriculum for Science, Social Studies, History, Geography, and more!

Fall Education Programs are here!

Come experience K–8 curriculum-connected programs that let you get hands-on with history and nature! Programs run at the John R. Park Homestead and Holiday Beach Conservation Areas.

Contact education@erca.org or call 519-791-6952 for more information.

New Format!

In response to new bussing and scheduling needs, we have a new format option. Spend 3 hours on-site: enjoy your 2-hour guided experience, with time before and after to use, as you choose, at your own pace. Able to visit longer? Ask us about additional activities to extend your field trip.
