2021 Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour
A great way to enjoy the last of summer’s warm weather!
The Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour returns to raise funds for conservation initiatives across the Essex Region! Throughout multiple lockdowns, people flocked to conservation areas and trails in unprecedented numbers. Show your love for for these special places by joining us on Saturday, September 25, 2021, to ride in support of conservation efforts in the region!
The Essex Region Conservation Bike Tour incorporates all the sights of summer, whether you are touring through picturesque county roads and along historic County Road 50, or meandering the off-road nature trail on the Chrysler Canada and Cypher Systems Group Greenways, this event is not to be missed. Back by popular demand, all routes will begin and end at Mettawas Park in Kingsville, and will include a delicious locally sourced lunch. This event will be conducted with participant safety top of mind.
Start times for each route will be staggered in groups of 10, and physical distancing will be required. Masks will be required in line to register until your wave is called. Masks can be removed as riders begin their ride. A delicious lunch catered by The Hub will be served ‘grab and go’ style, and participants may picnic at Mettawas Park within their social bubble, or enjoy at another location.
