Steve Pellarin is a professor of astronomy in the physics department at the University of Windsor, specializing in exoplanet studies. He is the Canadian national coordinator for astronomy outreach for the International Astronomical Union, and serves as vice-president of the Windsor Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada. An avid "eclipse chaser", Steve has traveled to see four total solar eclipses across the continent and safely viewed more than a dozen of different types of eclipses in our region.
