When the jury process is completed, you will receive an email of your acceptance or nonacceptance. At that time, you will have one week to pay your booth fee. Payment secures your space in the market & is due one week after acceptance. Payment can be made in-person, by phone with credit card, or by cheque (payable to ERCA).
Please note: You agree that no tape, nails or tacks are to be used to secure items to any part of the building – doors, walls, etc.

Within 10 business days, our staff will undertake a preliminary assessment of your submission to ensure all necessary information is included. We will contact you to make payment arrangements at that time. Once payment has been received, and barring any unforeseen complications, permits can generally be issued within 21 days.
We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your rental.
